Long Bio: Ariba Jahan is a multi-disciplinary product and innovation leader dedicated to building a world where technology is responsible, inclusive, and designed for futures that serve us all. With 12+ years of experience spanning startups, global brands, and nonprofits, Ariba champions accessibility, human-centered design, and creating products that deliver meaningful value.

As Head of Transformation for North America at Anomaly and former VP of Product Experience & Innovation at the Ad Council, she has partnered with organizations like UNCF, Huntsman Mental Health Institute, AARP, Etsy, TIAA, and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to craft strategies that merge cutting-edge technology with real-world impact. Her work has earned her recognition among the Global Top 100 Women of the Future and Advertising Week’s Future is Female honorees.

A Bangladeshi/Asian woman at the intersection of technology, business, and culture, Ariba brings a unique perspective to her leadership.
